I trained with Saskia a while ago and contacted her again this year for training together during my pregnancy. We started prenatal training early in my pregnancy and still continuing in week 35. I have always felt safe and trusted Saskia’s guidance during my pregnancy for safely maintaining my exercise routine and strength.
